Annapolis, Maryland - April 21

The Tri-Pact Department of Military Affairs announced today that it has
reached a tentative agreement with the remaining member of the Pittelli
clan to develop and operate a KV-1 main battle tank as part of the 4th
Armored Tri-Pact Division (4th ATPD).

Paul Pittelli, the youngest heir to the vast Pittelli Workshop Holdings
in Essex, has rarely been seen in public and very few photos of him are
known to exist. He is believed by many to work for the super-secret
Tri-Pact Security Agency. In fact, many experts believe that the
younger Pittelli is personally responsible for the oversight of the
infamous Tri-Pact Battlestar Management System (TP-BMS) which was
instrumental in establishing Tri-Pact as one of the dominant forces in
the R/C warship combat world and is now being re-programmed for land
operations, in preparation for the impending conflict with the Tyng Regime.

"It's time I got dirty", stated Pittelli when asked about his reasons
for the decision. "War is more than a video game ... and I want to
experience it all."

Clearly, this latest announcement indicates that Paul is tired of
working behind the scenes and wants to take a more active role in
combating the forces of evil. Many insiders believe that his position
as the TP-BMS Director of Operations will be filled by veteran Tri-Pact
member Nathan Blattau, who is being groomed for even higher positions
within the Tri-Pact Military-Industrial-Economic Empire, as he
transitions from front-line warrior to corporate leader.

Today's announcement made no mention of the timetable for completion of
the agreement, nor any of the financial details, which are rarely made
by the privately-held Tri-Pact Holdings, Ltd.
