        I ordered a full set of track from Tamiya Rep here in Canada. They charged
me 75.00 Can for a full track 44 pairs of track ( not to bad on the price).

Have you tried ordering a replacement track set
through Tamiya?  They usually are pretty good about
having their local vendors stock replacement parts.

might be a good resource to find out if they have
them.

Your other choice is to make some custom parts.
