After reviewing the TamiyaUSA.com site it looks like you can call them up
(1-800-TAMIYA-A) with a part number and they'll send you some replacement tracks.

I have a tamiya King Tiger ( Not as Cool as the big ones). My last track
blow out this weekend ( Dam Chipmunk). I need to find more tracks for the
tank. I looked on the web and only found a place with medal tracks for
300US in the UK. I could buy a new tank for that much. Does anyone know
where I can buy replacement tracks or cheap medal tracks.
