Drive axle system

This is my version of a keyed bar. I ran a 3mm grinding disk up and down a 12mm high tensile bolt then cut a 3mm metal wedge that will be `banged in` on completion. this is the one thing that concerns me, how I will get it out again I don’t yet know .This part of the build isn’t very `modular`

75mm long X 25mm wide track pads , 4mm Inner pad a very old and seasoned Mahogany . 6mm Outer pad , Oak , very tough and durable. 20mm M4 stainless bolts with nuts and nylon lock nut acting as both track guide and drive pins.

I wrapped belting round the wheels with a few inner pads in place to give me the required track length.
