These are the road wheels waiting to be cut. They are 1.5 inches wide and take three steps to become complete. First, the holes for the axle are drilled, then, the wheels are cut to shape with the bandsaw, and finally, they are sanded so that they are smooth and easily roll.

These are the wheels cut to shape. They haven't been sanded yet.

The wheels mounted to the tank. The grooves were made with a router to add scale detail.

The drive cog was based off of the one found on T40, but it was constructed using a much simpler method. (a bandsaw) :)

Some of the completed track wrapping around the drive cog. The system works pretty well.

The completed tracks. The hanging tracks were putting too much tension on the cog and causing it to bind in the tracks. To relieve this tension, we added two return rollers to the track system.
