This is the progress after the first night at the shop. The basic hull is completed, and ready to be built upon. |

These are the road wheels waiting to be cut. They are 1.5 inches wide and take three steps to become complete. First, the holes for the axle are drilled, then, the wheels are cut to shape with the bandsaw, and finally, they are sanded so that they are smooth and easily roll. |

The completed tracks. The hanging tracks were putting too much tension on the cog and causing it to bind in the tracks. To relieve this tension, we added two return rollers to the track system. |
