The battlers decided that a 3-way battle would be fun and confusing.
Two rival cab companies were formed to provide limo services for the
General's Wife. A cab company could complete a successful mission
by picking up the General's wife outside her well-fortified farmhouse
and delivering her to a location inside the territory of the opposing
cab company. Unfortunately, nobody informed her security forces,
consisting of both artillery pieces, an armored car and a support vehicle,
who would be shooting at both teams in order to prevent them from
entering the village.
Joe Sommer and John Marlow would swap duties/teams throughout the battle,
making the 3-way scoring even more interesting.
- Frank's Fearless
Frank Pittelli (Tiger), Steve Tyng (Cromwell), Paul Pittelli (KV-1)
- Will's Wankers
Will Montgomery (SU-100), Joe Sommer (Hetzer), Chris Wacker (T-34), John Marlow (Hetzer)
- John's Security Service
John Pittelli (Bunker Comet), Sean Marlow (Navarone), John Marlow (Goer), Joe Sommer (Goer)
Will's Wankers successfully completed two missions, earning 2,000 points per mission.
However, because of a covert deal made between them and John's Security Service,
one-half of the first mission points would be split with John's team in exchange for
free travel into the village. Despite such legal wrangling, Will's Wankers carried the
day by completing a successful mission on their own, although the scores were close indeed.
