Yes, you can either go to:

        http://www.rctankcombat.com

and sign up for the "Google Groups" mailing list using the form on the 
lower right side of the page,

or you can go to:

        http://groups.google.com/group/rctankcombat

and sign up from there.  In either case, you'll start receiving mailing 
list messages in the manner you select for yourself and you can browse 
the discussions from that website or from the rctankcombat.com website 
starting November 1.
