Yes, indeed.  The old mailing list will cease operations at midnight on 
Halloween (October 31st).  It isn't really much of a change, just sign 
up, select email delivery and send your messages to the new address. 
Then, sit back and receive messages like before, only from a different 
server.

Once the old list is de-commissioned, you'll still be able to use the 
main web site at http://www.rctankcombat.com, as well as the archive of 
old and new messages (the new mailing list will be archived as well).
