No is the short answer.  I work in a factory that makes electrical boxes, some of them quite large.  The 'recipe" that they use cannot be recycled.  If they used PVC, polyethylene, or some other thermoplastic, the mistakes could be ground up, remelted and reformed.  Not so with this stuff.  All the scrap parts go to the landfill.  I can get enough scrap boxes to fill a semi trailer in a couple weeks time.  Mailing this stuff would cost quite a bit, I may be able to send a sample if you have any interest.
