The tank went into production, even if it was in very small quantities. It
seems clear that a Maus would be fine to battle. Bring it on !
The explanations I've seen regarding the "only production vehicles" rule was
to prevent any sci-fi kind of sideways moving tanks from entering the fray.
Nobody is going to hang you up for building a real WWII vehicle that had
extremely limited production. I'm sure we'd all love to see it !

I will continue thinking on it, and wait to see what Frank and others
think about a Maus. I'd like to, but I don't want to build something
