Yeah, the FT has been giving me fits. It's a cool tank, but getting
the wierd angles to play is wasting a lot of time and effort. I'd
been looking at the Maus for the boxy shape and wierdness value. And
Aahz's inspirational suffering :)
Also, Caster Supply has 2" diameter wheels for $0.75 each, which is
the right size if I do Maus to a 1m size (actual 1/16 size is like
1.6m). If I do it to 1/6 scale, they have 3" wheels which are close
for $1.15 each.
What do you guys think? Two 400W Kollmorgen motors, do it at 1m, or
at 1/6 scale(1.68m)?
