I have been looking at a late Tiger I E. I would be using steel wheels, though I’m unsure if the picture I am relying on for design guideline is early or late. I am planning on building it at 1:6 scale. As for tracks, I have started looking at a chain driven track vs the belt/friction track. I have spent most of my time thus far working on the approximate sizes of everything so I can start searching for parts to get a working test hull assembled.

I have a scan of a late war Tiger 1 E (with the steel wheels) if you want to use that for some help.

are you planing to build the early war version with the rubber tire wheels?

also, what scale are you planing to built it to, 1:6th, 1:7th?

also, what kind of track system are you planning to use?
