Are vehicles like Jeeps and HMMWVs carrying ATGMs considered rocket launchers or 
"armored cars".

I got my hands on a M1045 that Ultimate Soldier made a while back. I planned on 
cannibalizing the drive train for an LAV-25 project, but I really like the way it 
moves. It came with a TOW launcher on top that I could fit a paintbll gun and 
reduced magazine into without too much trouble. If it will be classified a rocket 
launcher, I am not sure however if a 1 shot weapon would be worth it though ...
