Running these bad boys at 24V with our standard 9/1 reduction for
for EV Warriors would provide 480 rpm = 7.1 mph with 5 inch DIA sprocket.
Given that they probably have higher torque than EV Warriors,
we could probably use 6/1 reduction for 10.7 mph.
If you can carry enough batteries for 36V, it would be
truly dangerous. We built a 20 mph tracked UGV for
Chatten Associates that needs special accel/decel
profiles so that it does not pitch over when starting
and stopping.
Do you have any torque/speed curves for similar size
outrunners?
