this guy in aus is making a 2/5th scale tank but
his form of drivr is interesting
watch the videos of the shermans transmision (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=BWHAfaC-pPg) and
then watch how he makes the gearbox in the videos where he is making a second
tank.
something like that could be used in 1/6th scale
with some large servos to operate the levers.
this would allow for full skid turns and single
motor operation with only minimal parts
