Going back to the original question, the Bronniford is a biggish lump of Russian (converted from Ford) metal and has the distinction that if you type it into Google you get no references! I managed to find this photo though:
My source says it weighs 5.2 tons, 85HP engine, 4 crew, 15mm max armour, 35mph max speed, 1x45mm gun and 1 mg. It didn't state the wheel size though, but you will need at least 12!
I also found a Jap armoured car which is similar if you are into big crude lumps of metal (with nice flat panels that are easy to reproduce):

I have an old RC Monster truck with a cracked chassis I've been thinking of
making into some sort of Soviet armored car. The problem I see is my wheels, the
wheels I have are huge, some 5" across, which makes them around 3' in 1/6th
scale. I'm also unsure what to model it after. If anyone knows of a nifty WW2
Soviet armored car with monster tires let me know ;-)
