The Lloyd carrier has 4 roadwheels,according to wiki; the universal carrier has 3 like this one. What interested me was the camoflage. The British Army did use these bright blues- I've got a video of Bovington's Matilda- and the idea apparently is that if you are fighting near the sea it will be camoflaged agasint the sea or sky. No,of course it didn't work.

Looks more like a universal carrier to me but since most british army personel refered to them all (universal, scout, bre carrier etc) as Bren Carriers I should just go with that. 
It's not a Lloyd Carrier though.
