Its just 2 drills, one on top of the other in a box, really.but dont underestimate 
how long each  
individual component part takes to build,
I was 3 months solid just to get rolling.

I was thinking of building a hetzer myself, 
with simplicity in mind,
Good luck with yours ,keep us posted with progress pics.
