I checked the frequencies they're listing: 315MHz and 433MHz... 315
is assigned to US Government aircraft, and 433 is a Ham band, although
at 100mA it's legal as long as it 1)doesn't cause interference and
2)has effective radiated power <1/2W. I wouldn't mess with 315MHz...
the FCC just busticated somebody for selling radio gear on EBay that
was illegal in the US, heavy fine, not sure if they threw in jail
time.
You could get a Tech class ham license (test costs $17 and is EASY)
and run the 433MHz one at 1.5kW :) If you wanted to :)
