Think it'd be safe enough to build a wood hull with several layers of
fiberglass? I've seen several wood hull in the photo gallery, but not
having been to any battles, I'm not sure.
Both of my tanks, the T34 and Cromwell (T005 and T040), are
made of plywood and have no fiberglass reinforcement in the
hulls.
