I`ve been looking at the state of my tracks lately and I`ve decided I would like metal tracks from now on.I`ve not been soft at testing my tank and the punishment is starting to show. Ideal material would be 4" * 1" * 1/16th-1/8th" stainless. this I would fix (bolt) either side of 4" treadmill. I have attached a few pics with possible contenders. another Idea would be roofing wallplate straps cut to 4" (its galvanized). If anyone has any better Ideas (something I could just buy)then please let my know.
