No its just made badly.
Its ok now if a little smaller
The wheel is not the drive ,when fully together i would think there is about 1/16th
ish of play in the guides, I`ve just beveled the wheel edges to allow them to mesh.
i hope I`ve not made a mistake,it seams to work better.
(If anyone spots me doing anything that they dont think will work, then please let
me know,)
