The ONTOS was a very real tank. My tankette is a
prototype. It never existed. I am very aware that this is against the rules
of the RC Tank Combat Group, But this group is thousands of miles from where I
am, so there is no chance (luck) to actually join them and play. I am
preaching and proselytizing a couple of people near me in the hobby though. No
problem. This madness is spreading around teh world. My rules
for building this imaginary tank (tankette in 1:6) are: 1. all metal, 2.
small and therefore light, - less than 20 kg, 3. rear drive, 4. steel
tracks . 5. readily market available - inexpensive materials. And, WJ, the
Painball gun is a very functional gun, only I have to add the bottle and
connect it with a hose to actually make it work. http://rctankcombat.com/archive/2007-03/jpg00045.jpg
The little gun in the videos is only an aluminium
tube.
but wouldnt
they be against the rules since it was a prototype tank?
