MEK can make you dizzy if you breathe it or wash your 
hands in it.  Unless you're particularly sensitive to 
it, or have kidney problems to start with there's no 
issue as it's metabolized out when you breath it or 
handle it.

It's used often in fabric covering & painting 
aircraft.
