I used one in the Tiger for a year as the elevate servo.  It uses FETs 
to drive the motor, so the voltage range is probably pretty wide.  I 
used 6-12 volts for the motor, so I know it supports that.

They don't reply quickly and they apparently mail it by carrier pigeon 
as well because it takes a while to get here.  I can send you one or two 
that are sitting in my workshop at the moment so you can get started. 
Whenever you get the kits from down under, you can either send me the 
originals or the kits in exchange.  I was going to hand you them during 
Tank Expo, but you left while we were working on Don's Tiger and I 
forgot about them.
