So I know how you feel when your trying to find
things.
To answer your question It would be a bad idea and
very messy.
what do you want it for.
You should be able to get fibreglass there.
When I fibreglass I use 
 a combination of chropstrand and mate.
there are lots of ways to make it stiffer.
But if you want stiff and flex it is a bit
different.but can be done.
