marker questions [TANKS]

Hello –

 

I have a couple of marker questions that I’m hoping someone can help me with.

 

First, does anyone know of a barrel adapter that would allow me to use a Tippmann 98 barrel on a Spyder threaded marker ? I’ve searched the internet and found plenty of adapters that go the OTHER way.

 

Second, I’m considering drilling an 11/16” (.6875 caliber) hole in the side of the marker to convert it from a top feed to a side feed. I don’t see any asymmetry in the bolt that would cause a problem firing. Is this a bad idea ? Has anyone tried it ?
