I've taken some measurements from my 1/6 scale Viper USA tank (what's left of it after the cat knocked off of the shelf I had it on onto the floor shattering most of it).  The tracks are 4 7/8" wide, the road wheels are 5 1/16", the rear idler is 4 3/8", and the sprocket is 5 1/2" tooth to tooth.
