(i have to go and double check this again, but)
 
I went and checked the new tank treads that Ralph made for me against the ones on Brian's build and they are shorter (the ones I had made). mine are 4 x 15/16" and i think his was 4-1/2.
 
his tracks are about 1/16" away from the side of the tank body and go out to the edge (or just short of) the skirt.
 
should i have these links of mine made to about 4-1/2"?
 
i guess my question is, how wide are 1:6 scale tracks for the Tiger 1?
