I'm not sure of the exact specs, I just gave it a good flexing with two 
screwdrivers.  There is another tanker (T029) that uses this type of spring too.

Right now I have those springs set up on a simple chassis and they seem to hold up 
just fine.  I'll send some pics in soon.
