I think you should concentrate on the basics for your first tank and plan to add a 
suspension afterwards or on a second tank.

Anyway, if you do decide to go for the suspension, here are the springs I'm using 
(early development stage):

They seem to have good tension and can be doubled up.  The price is also very good.
