I just started building my tank. I cut out 32 wheels already.  I cut out the 
side and bottom from 1/2" plywood too.  what rules should I know while 
building.  I live in NY and I would like to come down to Maryland to 
particpate in a tank combat.  My dimensions are 29 1/2"L 19"W
