you say no reverse? isn't there some way of toggling a set of relays that would reverse the electric current to the motors? when the relays are off, you have your forward, when power is given to the relays, you have reverse. I'm sure if you use a servo set up like you where just saying, you could have a serve switch set up to reverse the power to the one motor but only when the stick is way over (at it'd end) so the reversing servo will only reverse when it is at it's limit also
