Welcome Martin,
I think 40kg is usually the lower limit for a tank, I'm not sure what
the lightest tank is but I'd guess not less than 80lbs.
Instead of the EV warriors some people have used 350 watt scooter motors
or the EV-X motors which are cheap, but not quite as powerful it seems.

For your first motor question (450 watt from ebay), what is a roller
clutch? Does this just allow it to spin one way? What would its
advantage be in battling - or is it just a bicycle motor?
When looking for motors, this has been the rule for many, after
reduction you want to have something close to this.

There are some battlebot guys that just joined, they might have comments
on the other motors you listed.
