I figured out why the Yahoo server is treating us like spammers and I've 
made some changes on my server to work around their poor approach.  So, 
at this time, all Yahoo accounts should be receiving mailing list 
messages (including this one) without an excessive delay (just the 
normal delays imposed by Yahoo's poor service :-(

If you see anything unusual, let me know me with a private email and 
I'll dig around some more.

Sorry for the hassle.  Have you tried Gmail :-)
