Title: Re: A question of Scale Weight vs Springs [TANKS]
Noticed the recent discussions regarding scale and weight.

Have been wondering about something similar but with the addition of spring diameter.
Thought I would throw this out there, someone might know how to finish this half baked equation.

Based on rounded figures from a Tiger tank.

Tigers weigh about 60 tonnes and have 16 springs with a diameter of 55mm.
Scale that to 1/6 and the 16 springs have a diameter of just over 9mm but have No idea how to get any useable info about the weight that should handle and behave accurately.

Does anyone know how to complete the above or add anything to it?
Has anyone ever worked out what a Tiger would weigh at 1/6 scale?
