Well, the numbers I gave were off of an existing tank that is "supposed" to be 1/6 scale, but I can't guarantee that those numbers are correct since others on the Sixth Scale Forums have complained about the Viper brand of tank having some inaccuracies in the scale department.  No complaints about the wheels though that I know of.

as for the Idler wheel, I have it as about 115 mm / 4.52"
 
and for the front sprocket, I have it as 121 mm / 4.76"
 
I thought I had the road wheels measured up, but I don't see any numbers written in, sorry
