Yes, we keep track of channels used by tankers in various parts of the 
world so that we can avoid conflict.  When you're ready to buy a radio, 
let me know where you are located and I'll send you a list of available 
freqs to choose from.  Then, when you get your radio, let me know what 
you actually got and it will be recorded.
