The parade ground is about 1/2 mile in length and about 1/4 in width.  The grass is continuously cut. There are places to park and I think picnic tables are set up around the area.  There is an old officer's club between the pond and the field that we can use if we call up the place incase of rain or restroom.  field is a flat area.  There are some trees and buildings around the edges away from the pond.  I don't thing it would be logistically practical to make everyone else drive 3 hours to my area (recently discovered tank problems) unless this is a really good location for battle.
My turret chain keeps unplugging my drive battery and pulling out my elevation servo when it turns.  I think that they are getting caught on a cotter pin in the chain.  My tank seems to be running weaker then it use to.  It might be that I need to readjust my speed control.  Do I  need to put car batteries through a break in charge cycle.  My turret shell keeps falling off when I hit bumps.  I need methods of attaching it.
