 I think this formula (and a short paragraph explaning how it works)
 should be on the board somewhere for others to use (and not be forgotten)

Hi, heres how I would do it. 
 
36/10x36/12=10.8 so motor RPM divided by 10.8 =240.74RPM (2600/10.8)
