okay, i'mgetting outthe paper and catalogs and calculators and and and...

anyway, I am a bit stuck on working out the rpm's in one spot............

the motor's max rpm is 2600 rpm -at- 24vt

motor gear 10 tooth to first gear 36 tooth
second gear 12 tooth (on same shaft as gear one) to axel shaft 36 tooth with a ttrack drive sprocket of 3.9" / 9.906 cm and that will have a cir. of 12.25"/31.12 cm

anyone have a easy way to figure this out? just trying to see if i have a decent rpm/speed range

This might be helpful:

http://www.gizmology.net/greensand.htm first of several pages about casting aluminum in the back yard
http://www.gizmology.net/stovetop.htm or casting zinc/aluminum alloy in the kitchen
