If you can legally buy one in the country you are in my tip is don't try
to build one from scratch.  Unless you are a pretty good machinist your
best effort will be marginal at best, wasteful in time, and ultimately
more costly than purchasing an entry level semi auto marker.

BTW, do you have a name?
