I think he can cut 12x24 sheets. which means that some lengthwise bits
of the tank body would be two sheets of ply. but with proper keying of
the sheets and a backer "board" behind the join, I believe it would be
strong enough, especially after being internally reinforced with epoxy
or fibreglass
