Hi
I've been reading the e-mails laty.
As I have been building fibreglass air planes of the
last 20 years.
This mite help.
Too build light but with strength all you need too do
is.
start with chop strand glass two layers.
If using epoxy all you need too use is thin layer of
white Styrofoam than one layer over to bind it all
together.
this you will find is strong.
If you are using normal resin you need too use the
blue foam.
(make shore there is no air bubbles between layers.or
it will fall apart.
