| I was thinking of using the type of cardboard that is used around pictures. The stiff mat board material. It doesn't need to be cardboard, it could be sheets of woven carbon fiber or some other composite material. For my dad's tank, we were considering a mold created from a foam plug. Cover the thing with Kevlar. |
