Hi All,
was just wondering if anyone knew, or could point me in the direction of
a site, about material thickness comparisons...
eg, 10mm Plexiglas (perspex), is equivalent to ?mm ply, or ?mm aluminum
sheeting....
I know about the drawbacks and ease of use of some materials over
others (weight, ability to cut, drill into etc) but not sure on the
strength equivalent.
I have heaps of perspex sitting around and was wondering if i could get
away with using some of that instead of having to go and buy other stuff...
Many thanks,
Ben 'perspexed' Kropp
