Harder to stabilize even when stationary?
I just snapped and uploaded these pics:

Two of the pictures are a little misleading because of the angle:
* the barrel is 9" from the front of the gun, that little cap on the front
is part of the barrel.
* the overall length (of just the gun and barrel) is 20"
You want the barrel to have the curve vertically aligned obviously - I'm not
sure if you could mount the gun on its side and keep the barrel 1/4 turn off
(I'd guess not because thats how you remove the barrel). Anyway, the bottom
of the gun sits in my hull and I need a 12" diameter circle of clearance for
rotation. You'd probably be able to get away with less if you hack off the
flange at the front of the gun but I wan't willing to do that.... yet.
Let me know if I missed some dimensions.
