Does anyone know what caliber the MG carried by the Tiger I was? (Not the
MG on the turret, the one on the front.)

I don't recall where
I read this, but (supposedly) the fact that the tracks were the same for
both sides (but hung running in opposite directions) had a slight affect
on straight-line running. I guess the suspension arms hanging in opposite
directions could also have contributed, but I seriously doubt this would
affect a 1/6 model.
Tigerfibel, anybody?

P.S. Panther and Tiger II combat tracks were
asymmetric -- there was a definite left and right
track.
