If you have no problem opening up your Tx up and
cutting some wires then it's not that difficult. I didn't actually replace a
toggle switch with a NO (normally open) pushbutton but wired the pushbutton
inline with the gear up/down switch (channel 5 on my Tx). Now I use the
toggle to "arm" the firing circuit and the pushbutton to "fire". The
pushbutton was installed in an empty spot that I found in the Tx
casing.

Radio Shack sells a little red pushbutton that works
well. You will probably have to drill and/or modify the Tx casing a bit to
mount the pushbutton.
Obviously any mods you make to your Tx will void any
warranties you may have. I avoid this by buying old, cheap radio gear off
of eBay.
