You should be able to use a Team Delta switch cicuit to fire the gun. Everyone in
the ship world uses them to fire their electric solenoids.

You should be able to just replace the servo and trigger button with wires
from the receiver to the marker control board. This should effectively turn
the servo signal into the trigger (button) signal that activates the firing
sequence on the marker control board.
I could be wrong, but that was how I planned to do mine.
